SHIPPING CHARGE

Because we ship dry,refrigerated and frozen foods. We can not calculate shipping when you are ordering. You will receive a paypal request for your shipping charge on the day your order ships out.

RETURNS

For the safety of all customers we do not re-sell returned food items, regardless of their condition, therefore all sales are final.

We only accepts pre-authorized returns for the following reasons:

The item was damaged during shipment;

The item’s expiration date lapsed by the time it was received;

The item has spoiled or is otherwise defective.

Should you have a problem with your shipment, please contact us within 24 HOURS of receipt of product. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to send the product back to us.

 

DISCLAIMER

Ingredients for all foods sold on the website are posted on each product’s page, and it is a customer’s responsibility to read and understand them, and to select only those items that are safe for their specific diet. Manufacturers can change ingredients or manufacturing processes without notification or warning. Lil’s Dietary Shop will not assume liability for any cross contamination of ingredients, misprints, or adverse reactions to any ingredients in the products we carry.

FROZEN SHIPPING

Frozen orders are shipped out Monday through Wednesday for same-week delivery so that frozen packages will not sit over a weekend.

If you place your order between Wednesday and Sunday your order will ship on the following Monday. Depending on where you live, orders placed on Tuesdays may also have to wait until the following Monday to ship.

Frozen orders incur a $10 per cooler box fee for the freezer box and ice packs.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any rerouting charges or damaged product that results.

DAMAGE

We are not responsible for damage during transportation. If a package is physically damaged upon arrival please make driver aware and do not accept package make sure driver marks it damaged and please contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier.
