
Grape seeds are rich in vitamin E, linoleic acid, and potent antioxidant phytochemicals including flavanols and proanthocyanidins. A 2011 study found that supplementation with grapeseeds was associated with a 41% reduction in prostate cancer risk.The researchers noted that these are preliminary results and more research is needed to promote it for prostate cancer prevention.
