Additional information

Preparation:

Use thawed tortillas as they are or if you prefer warm tortillas before use. You can heat in a skillet or on the grill for about 10-15 seconds on each side, in a pre-heated 250° F oven wrapped in foil for a few minutes or in the microwave on defrost for about 20-30 seconds or until heated through. Wrap: Place filling into the center of each tortilla and fold the bottom and sides over the filling. Wrap securely in wax or parchment paper or in plastic wrap to hold together.

Serving Suggestions:

• Make delicious vegetarian "wraps" for a quick lunch or use in traditional recipes that call for tortillas or lavash.
• Use as a wrap for your favorite sandwiches and veggies. Create dinner entrees by wrapping your favorite filling, pouring on sauce and baking.
• Lightly brush the top and underside of 1 tortilla with olive or vegetable oil and sprinkle with your favorite seasoning, for instance salt or taco seasoning. Place on a pizza pan and with a pizza wheel, cut into 8 to 16 triangles. Place in a 400° F oven and bake for about 10 minutes, turning once until golden and crisp. Serve with salsa or guacamole.
