Ingredients: Modified corn starch, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, salt, whey, potato starch, wheat flour, corn syrup solids, yeast extract, natural flavor, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), expeller pressed canola oil, dipotassium phosphate, yellow 5 lake, mono and diglycerides, yellow 6 lake. Preparation:

To make cheese sauce using Shake 'N' Cheese:
28 g (about 9 tsp) Shake 'N' Cheese
1 cup non-dairy creamer
1 Tbs unsalted butter or margarine
Over medium heat, melt butter in pan. Add 1 cup of non-dairy liquid creamer and Shake 'N' Cheese. Blend until smooth and velvety. Add more cream for a creamier texture.
This makes about 3 servings with about 0.6 g protein and 31 mg of phe per serving.
Serving Suggestions:

Sprinkle on vegetables, baked potatoes or stir into buttered pastas or rice. Sprinkle over Elbow Pasta and make a quick and easy mac ‘n cheese dish.
