Preparation:

Prepare Instant Stivaletti Alfredo in the microwave: Put macaroni in a 2 qt microwavable bowl with HOT tap water. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring once. Rinse with hot water to remove excess starch, drain and set aside. In the same dish, add Alfredo sauce mix, 2 Tbs butter or margarine and 1 cup non-dairy creamer. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring once or twice until saucy and thickened. Return pasta back to the dish and gently fold into the sauce.
